The processing time for orders is 24 hours. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery time is 2–3 days within the United Kingdom. Please bear in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.

The Lash Gang is not responsible for any deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.

Returns policy
CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE IT’S BEEN PLACED?

Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

If in the unlikely event you find that your lashes are not suitable, we are happy to refund your purchase if you notify us within 14 days of receipt, providing the product is returned to us in its original sealed packaging. 

We do not accept exchanges, so if you want to return your lashes for a different style then it is quicker for you to obtain a replacement pair by making a new purchase and returning your original one for a refund which we will work to process within 3-5 working days of receipt. Please note, some payment card providers may take up to five working days further to credit your account. Please allow extra time to process your refund during holiday periods.

If you return an item back to us that we can see has been opened, used or altered in anyway, even for suitability, then you will be liable for the postage costs for us to send the item back to you and we will retain the return until this fee is paid.
